Program Details
Grade levels
Designed for the 8th-to-9th grade transition. Effective with students in grades 7 through 10. Content calibrated for ages 11 to 14.
Duration and format
8 weeks, 5 days per week, 20 to 30 minutes per session. Each day is self-contained, so students who miss a session do not fall behind.
Skills addressed
Planning, organization, time management, study strategies, note-taking, self-monitoring, and self-advocacy. Grounded in executive function and cognitive science research.
Implementation support
No training required. The program is designed to run independently. We can provide syllabus templates, proposed class plans, and discussion topic guides for group settings.

Small group counseling
